Who we are
Sparehour ("we", "us") builds AI-powered internal tools for operations teams. This policy covers sparehour.ai and the ways you can contact us through it. Questions go to hello@sparehour.ai.
What we collect, and why
- Visiting the website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We also see anonymous, aggregated visit counts through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
- Booking a call. Our "Book" buttons open our scheduling page on Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects the details you enter (such as your name, email and your answers to booking questions) and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to their service.
- Emailing us. If you write to hello@sparehour.ai, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply and follow up.
- Social media. Our footer links to Instagram and X. Those platforms' own policies apply when you visit them.
Our fonts are served from our own website, so loading a page doesn't send your information to Google or any other font provider.
How we use information
We use the information above to run and secure this website, schedule and hold calls, answer your questions, and provide our services if you become a customer. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, such as Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics), Cal.com (scheduling) and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and booking details for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@sparehour.ai. Depending on where you live, such as California, the EU or the UK, you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
Client work
When we build tools for a customer, any data we handle on their behalf is covered by our agreement with that customer, not by this website policy.
Children
This website is meant for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and its effective date.
